- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 8 item
- salt - 1/4 c
- water - 5 c
- vegetable oil
- oatmeal - 4 c
- honey - 2 c
- yeast - 1/2 c
- lukewarm water - 2 c
- wheat flour - 4 c
- white flour, more if needed - 18 c
How to make honey oatmeal bread:
Bring 5 cups water to boil; add oatmeal. Cool slightly. Dissolve yeast in 2 cups lukewarm water and sugar. Mix together with remaining ingredients for 10 minutes. Let rise; punch down. Let rise again. Put in pans.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
