Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- warm water - 5 c
- beaten eggs - 6 item
- yeast - 4 Tbsp
- melted lard
- flour approximately - 16 c
- sugar and cinnamon - 1 item
How to make cinnamon rolls:
Let water, yeast and salt sit until foamy. Add eggs, lard and flour. Let rise twice. Roll out and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut in 1 inch pieces. Let rise again. Bake at 400° until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Yeast breads, Brunch.
