Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • warm water - 5 c
  • beaten eggs - 6 item
  • yeast - 4 Tbsp
  • melted lard
  • flour approximately - 16 c
  • sugar and cinnamon - 1 item

How to make cinnamon rolls:

Let water, yeast and salt sit until foamy. Add eggs, lard and flour. Let rise twice. Roll out and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut in 1 inch pieces. Let rise again. Bake at 400° until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
