Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • basil, crumbled
  • fresh sea scallops or 2 lb - 2 lb
  • or less butter or margarine 1 stick - 1/2 c

How to make herb-baked scallops:

Wash and drain scallops. Place in single layer in dish. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Bake in a moderate oven at 350° for 5 minutes. Stir, then bake for 20 minutes more or until tender. Makes 6 servings.
