Herb-baked scallops
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- parsley - 3 Tbsp
- basil, crumbled
- fresh sea scallops or 2 lb - 2 lb
- or less butter or margarine 1 stick - 1/2 c
How to make herb-baked scallops:
Wash and drain scallops. Place in single layer in dish. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Bake in a moderate oven at 350° for 5 minutes. Stir, then bake for 20 minutes more or until tender. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Seafood, Scallops, Shellfish.
