Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can minced clams - 1 item
- Knox gelatine - 1 pkg
- minced onions - 1/2 c
- Tabasco - 2 Tbsp
- cans small shrimp - 2 item
- finely minced celery - 3/4 c
How to make shrimp mold:
Cream together cheese and mayonnaise. Drain shrimp and mash. Drain clams, reserving juice. Mix all ingredients, except clam juice and gelatine. Heat clam juice and Knox gelatine; dissolve. Add to shrimp mixture. Pour in mold.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
