Hash brown quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- hot water
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- diced green pepper - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- box hash browns - 1 item
- slices bacon, cut in pieces and browned - 8 item
How to make hash brown quiche:
Mix first four items in skillet, cook over medium heat until water is absorbed. Press into ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Combine cooked bacon, cheese, and green pepper. Spoon over crust. In small bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over all. Reduce heat to 350°. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.
