Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can celery soup - 1 item
- cans Mexicorn - 2 item
- Matima yellow rice - 1 pkg
How to make mexican corn casserole:
Cook rice with margarine by package directions. Mix corn, cheese and soup together. Add rice mixture. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
