Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated carrot - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- croutons - 2 c
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- onion, cut fine - 1/4 c
- medium zucchini, sliced do not peel - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Toss 1 cup croutons with the melted oleo and place in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix the sour cream and soup. Mix with vegetables. Pour over croutons. Crush 1 cup croutons and sprinkle on top. Dot with oleo. Bake 25 minutes at 350° or until tender-crisp.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
