Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- small onion - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
- zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick - 3 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Brown hamburger, onion, celery, salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion salt. Add flour and vinegar. Layer hamburger mix, zucchini, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese in casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, covered, 30 minutes uncovered.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
