Pistachio bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 4 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/8 c
- cake mix white or yellow - 1 pkg
- pistachio pudding
How to make pistachio bread:
Mix by hand all ingredients at one time. Put into 2 loaf pans, 1/4 batter in each of pans. Then mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle on batter, then put rest of batter in loaf pans. Cover with rest of sugar and cinnamon mixture. Cook 35 to 45 minutes at 350°. Cool in loaf pans.
