Zucchini casserole

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1/2 c
• oleo - 6 Tbsp
• shredded carrots - 3/4 c
• can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
• chopped onion, sauteed in 4 Tbsp - 1/2 c
• stuffing mix herb flavored
• medium zucchini, cut and cook - 4 item

How to make zucchini casserole:

Pt in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.

I cook my zucchini in the microwave about 10 minutes.
