Hash brown potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper optional - 1/8 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- lemon twist optional - 1 item
- parsley optional - 1 item
- corn flakes optional - 1 item
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients and place in a 13 x 9-inch or 2 1/2-quart greased casserole. Corn flakes can be crushed and mixed with melted butter for a topping, if desired. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Garnish with lemon twist and parsley, if desired.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
