Ingredients/Components
- mashed carrots - 2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
How to make carrot pudding:
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Note: About 2 packages of carrots.
