Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped onions optional - 3 Tbsp
- boxes frozen, chopped broccoli - 2 item
- can creamed mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli 5 minutes; drain well. Beat egg, add soup (no water) only and 1 cup mayonnaise. Mix all together. Then add to drained broccoli. Mix in the cheese. Add onion (optional).Put into a 2-quart lightly greased dish. Put dots of butter on top. Sprinkle crackers on the top. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
