Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 lb
• sour cream - 8 oz
• salt - 1 tsp
• stick butter - 1 item
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
• chopped onions - 1/4 c
• grated Cheddar cheese - 8 oz

How to make potato casserole:

Stir together potatoes, pepper, salt and onions. Mix together with melted butter. Cook in a baking dish for 45 minutes at 350°.
