Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- container sour cream - 1 8
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- bag frozen hash browns, thawed - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, optional - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spread in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top if desired. Bake at 350° 45 to 50 minutes.Great make ahead, bake and serve.
