Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- slices bread, cubed - 3 item
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- salt optional - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- eggs I use 7 or 8 - 6 item
How to make sausage egg casserole:
Beat eggs. Cook sausage and onion. Drain grease. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. When set in the middle it is ready to eat. Can be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Casseroles.
