Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- shredded cheddar cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
- salt & pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Spread potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
