  • milk - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • grated cheese
  • chopped green onions - 1/4 c
  • 1/2 dozen eggs - 1 item

How to make oven omelet:

Heat oven to 325. In oven, melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish. Tilt dish to coat bottom. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, salt and milk until well blended. Stir in onion, and pour into dish. Bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 3
