Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- Ritz crackers
- hamburger
- container sour cream - 1 oz
- small cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- bag Colby and Monterey Jack shredded cheese - 1 oz
How to make hash brown casserole:
Take 2 cans of soup, put in dish and add one can of water and stir together. Then put most of sour cream in with and stir. Then stir in hamburger, then put potatoes on top. Then melted butter on that. Then Ritz cracker on top. Put in oven and bake at 350° for 45 minutes until brown on top.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
