Breakfast burritos
Ingredients/Components
- eggs
- sour cream optional - 1 item
- flour tortillas
- salsa optional - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce mild - 1 item
- or 2 c - 1 oz
How to make breakfast burritos:
Crack eggs into a bowl and add a little milk. Use wire whisk or fork to beat eggs. Scramble eggs in skillet. When eggs are done, take away from heat. Take flour tortilla and place a spoonful of eggs. Add little cheese and roll up. Place in baking dish, 9 x 13 size. Pour enchilada sauce over the burritos and sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Can serve with sour cream or salsa.This is if you use a whole package of tortillas. If you want just two, then use two eggs for each burrito and use a smaller dish. Or if you don't want enchilada sauce, just place eggs in burrito, add cheese and roll up and eat.
