- milk - 2 c
- flour - 3 tsp
- melted butter - 2 tsp
- boiling water
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 5 item
- onions - 2 tsp
- box frozen broccoli - 1 oz
- grated mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
In a saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour and pepper; add milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add cheese. In another pan, dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
