Broccoli cheese soup



  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 3 tsp
  • melted butter - 2 tsp
  • boiling water
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 5 item
  • onions - 2 tsp
  • box frozen broccoli - 1 oz
  • grated mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make broccoli cheese soup:

In a saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour and pepper; add milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add cheese. In another pan, dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add frozen broccoli; cook until tender. Add to cheese mixture; blend.
