Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/8 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1/4 c
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- horseradish - 1/2 tsp
- medium potatoes, peeled and sliced - 12 item
- to 6 eggs - 4 item
How to make mustard potato salad:
Cook potatoes 20 minutes and drain. Boil eggs. Cool. Mix remaining ingredients. Add potatoes to mix. Chop boiled eggs. Add eggs and onion. Mix gently. Salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
