Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- paprika - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3 c
- horseradish - 3 Tbsp
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- finely chopped parsley
- buds garlic, crushed - 2 item
- dark mustard - 3 Tbsp
- sieved yolk of 4 hard-boiled eggs
How to make remoulade sauce:
Blend well. Keep in refrigerator for 12 hours before serving. Makes 1 quart.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Southern u.s., Cajun.
