Ingredients/Components

  • vinegar - 4 Tbsp
  • paprika - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 3 c
  • horseradish - 3 Tbsp
  • dash of Tabasco - 1 item
  • finely chopped parsley
  • buds garlic, crushed - 2 item
  • dark mustard - 3 Tbsp
  • sieved yolk of 4 hard-boiled eggs

How to make remoulade sauce:

Blend well. Keep in refrigerator for 12 hours before serving. Makes 1 quart.
