Bean and corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- roll Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make bean and corn casserole:
Mix green beans and corn. Put into a greased casserole dish (7 x 10-inch). Mix soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onions and salt. Spread over beans and corn. Mix melted margarine with crushed crackers. Spread on top of casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350° uncovered.Note: Can be made and refrigerated overnight before baking.
