- eggs - 4 item
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- sticks butter - 3 item
- yellow cornmeal - 8 Tbsp
- 1/2 cups milk - 1 item
- 1/2 cups sugar - 1 item
- 1/2 cups Jiffy baking mix - 4 item
How to make grandma's cornbread:
Combine first four ingredients, set aside. Beat eggs, add butter and milk. Then add to the dry ingredients. Beat until smooth and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Grains.
