Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted flour - 15 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- packets sugar substitute - 8 item
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1/2 c
- pineapple juice or 1/3 c - 1/3 c
How to make diet pineapple muffins:
With pastry cutter or two knives cut dry ingredients and margarine together until flour mixture is the size of peas. In another small bowl beat egg. Add beaten egg to dry ingredients, mix gently with spoon. Add pineapple last and mix until blended. Spray muffin tin with Pam. Divide dough into 6 muffin tins and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
