  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped nuts
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item

How to make strawberry bread:

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and salt in large bowl. Add oil and eggs. Mix. Stir in strawberries and nuts. Bake in 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Note: Flavor improves if loaves are wrapped tightly and allowed to set overnight.
