- sour cream - 1 c
- sticks butter - 2 item
- boxes Jiffy cornbread mix - 2 item
- box frozen chopped broccoli - 1 oz
How to make broccoli cornbread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Thaw and drain frozen broccoli in microwave. Mix in eggs, sour cream and cornbread mix. Pour mixture in ungreased 11 x 14-inch pan. Bake approximately 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
