  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • pumpkin - 2 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • cups powdered sugar - 2 item
  • Coarsely broken nuts - 1 item

How to make nancy's pumpkin bread:

Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese1 stick butter2 cups powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Coarsely broken nuts Beat together first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a 9 X 13 pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. To make frosting: Mix together cream cheese and butter. Whip until fluffy and creamy. Beat in at high speed powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in nuts.
