Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- heavy cream, whipped - 1/2 c
How to make frozen strawberry salad:
Gradually blend mayonnaise into cream cheese. Mix well. Add strawberries 1/4 cup at a time so that mixture will not curdle. Add lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 8-inch pan. Freeze. Cut into squares to serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Salads.
