Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- eggs, hard-boiled - 6 item
- ripe avocado, mashed - 1 item
- a few drops garlic juice - 1 item
How to make eggs avocado:
Mash the pulp from the avocado. Mix with the lemon juice, garlic juice, salt and pepper to taste, mustard, melted butter and vinegar. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolks.
