  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • can strawberry pie filling - 1 oz
  • vanilla ice cream, softened - 1 pt
  • medium bananas, chopped - 3 item
  • coarsely chopped toasted almonds - 1/4 c

How to make frozen strawberry banana salad:

Stir together pie filling, ice cream and lemon juice. Stir in bananas and nuts. Turn into 8 individual molds. Freeze firm several hours or overnight. Place in refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Unmold onto lettuce-lined plates. Makes 8 servings.
