Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cut up fryer - 1 item
- cooking oil to cover chicken - 1 item
How to make fried chicken:
Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Coat chicken with flour. Dip in buttermilk and then coat in flour again. Heat oil. Add chicken, 4 or 5 pieces at a time. Fry until brown on one side.
