Ingredients/Components

- oil - 2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- fryer, cut in pieces - 1 item
- fish fry
How to make french fried chicken:
Season chicken. Dip in eggs, then roll in fish fry. Preheat skillet of oil to 375°. Place chicken in skillet and cover. Turn chicken often so as to brown evenly. Uncover skillet to allow it to become crispy, 45 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
