Chicken teriyaki
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- dry sherry - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- whole chicken breasts, split - 2 item
How to make chicken teriyaki:
Arrange chicken, skin up, in a shallow dish. Combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic and ginger. Pour over chicken. Marinate 2 hours, turning once. Preheat broiler. Spray rack with oil. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat, turning once and basting, aboutRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
