- Frying chicken parts - 1 item

How to make fried chicken:
Dip:4 cloves garlic 5-6 tbsp. oil1/4 tsp. salt Wash, drain and season the chicken parts with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Fill a heavy cast-iron skillet half full with oil. Heat to very hot and brown the garlic. Fry the chicken till golden brown. Remove chicken to platter. Make the dip by smashing the garlic with the salt and gradually add the oil to it.
