Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- each salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- cup milk - 1 item
- Vegetable oil - 1 item
- skinless chicken - 2 lbs
- cup wheat flour - 1 item
- each cayenne pepper and paprika - 1 tsp
How to make fried chicken:
Heat oil in skillet or deep fryer. Add pepper, salt, cayenne, paprika and garlic powder to chicken. Cover chicken with flour.Fry chicken pieces 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Serve with fries.
Note: You may also use an egg and milk batter if desired. Add 1 egg and 1 cup milk before seasoning chicken.
