French chocolate
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- hot milk - 6 c
- cream, whipped - 1/2 c
How to make french chocolate:
Combine water and chocolate and cook over low flame until smooth, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes. Add sugar and salt; continue to cook, stirring until thick, about 4 minutes longer. Cool. Whip cream. Fold chocolate mixture into cream. To serve, place 2 heaping tablespoonfuls of mixture in a mug. Fill with hot milk.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Drinks.
