- whipping cream, whipped - 1/2 c
How to make french chocolate:
Combine water and chocolate squares in 1-quart measure or 1-quart glass casserole. Cook with microwave energy, 3 to 4 minutes or until the chocolate melts. Stir well and blend in sugar and salt. Cook 1 1/2 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream. Store in refrigerator. To serve, place one heaping tablespoon in each cup and fill with hot milk. Stir well.
