Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- Corn - popped or 2 sacks of microwave corn - 4 qt
- sticks butter/oleo melted - 2 item
- if unsalted corn is used add salt - 1 item
How to make caramel corn:
Remove kernels (unpopped corn) and place corn in 2 large baking pans. Stir together butter, brown sugar, salt (if needed), and syrup. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 tsp soda and 1 tsp vanilla. StirRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
