Eggplant appetizer
Ingredients/Components
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- curry powder - 1 item
- oregano - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- tomato paste - 2 Tbsp
- onions, chopped - 2 c
- small green pepper, diced - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- ribs celery, chopped - 3 item
- medium eggplant - 2 item
How to make eggplant appetizer:
Peel eggplant. Cut into 1-inch cubes. Heat oil and start cooking chopped celery, then add eggplant, green pepper, onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add nutmeg, curry powder and oregano to taste.
