  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • curry powder - 1 item
  • oregano - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • olive oil - 3 Tbsp
  • tomato paste - 2 Tbsp
  • onions, chopped - 2 c
  • small green pepper, diced - 1 item
  • Worcestershire - 1 tsp
  • ribs celery, chopped - 3 item
  • medium eggplant - 2 item

How to make eggplant appetizer:

Peel eggplant. Cut into 1-inch cubes. Heat oil and start cooking chopped celery, then add eggplant, green pepper, onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add nutmeg, curry powder and oregano to taste. Then add Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Serve hot or cold on crackers or bread.
