Fudge mint cake



  • creme de menthe - 1/2 c
  • white cake mix - 1 item
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • jar chocolate fudge ice cream topping - 1 item

How to make fudge mint cake:

Prepare cake mix according to directions and add 1/2 cup creme de menthe to the batter. Bake as directed. Cool 15 minutes. Cake will still be warm, but not hot. Spread the jar of chocolate fudge ice cream topping on top of the cake. Put in refrigerator. When cool, mix one carton of Cool Whip and 1 tablespoon creme de menthe together and frost the cake with this. Return to the refrigerator.
