Easy pepper steak
Ingredients/Components
- worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice or noodles - 2 c
- boneless beef sirloin - 1 lb
- green or red peppers, cut into strips - 2 med
- onion, cut into wedges - 1 med
- can Franco-American beef gravy - 1 item
How to make easy pepper steak:
Slice beef into very thin strips. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 Tbsp. oil. Brown beef. Remove beef and add 1 Tbsp. oil. Add peppers and onion. Cook over medium heat until tender-crisp. Add gravy and sauce. Return beef to pan. Heat. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, One Dish meal.
