Easy pepper steak
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 4 c
- medium onion, cut in wedges - 1 item
- can Franco-American beef gravy - 1 1/4
- medium green or red peppers - 2 item
- boneless beef sirloin or top round steak 3/4 inch thick - 1 lb
How to make easy pepper steak:
Slice beef into very thin strips in skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon oil. Brown beef; remove from stove. Add pepper, onion and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat until tender-crisp. Add gravy and Worcestershire sauce. Return beef to pan; heat. Serve over rice. Serves 4 people.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, One Dish meal.
