Easy pepper steak
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 4 c
- medium onion, cut into wedges - 1 item
- can Franco-American beef gravy - 1 item
- medium green or red peppers - 2 item
- boneless beef sirloin or top round 3/4-inch thick - 1 lb
How to make easy pepper steak:
Slice beef into very thin strips. In skillet over medium high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Brown beef in two batches; remove. Add 1 tablespoon oil, peppers, onion and garlic powder and cook over medium heat until tender-crisp. Add gravy and Worcestershire sauce. Return beef to pan.
