Ingredients/Components
- medium potatoes - 5 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 3 item
- frozen mixed vegetables - 1 pkg
- stew meat - 3 lb
- bunch carrots - 1 item
- envelopes onion soup mix - 2 item
How to make easy oven stew:
Place meat in bottom of Dutch oven. Do not brown. Peel and chop carrots and potatoes into bite size pieces and place on top of meat with vegetables. Mix soup and dry soup mix together. Spread on top. Cover and cook for 6 hours at 250°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
