Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- carrots, chopped - 2 item
- head cauliflower, chopped - 1 item
- dillweed - 1 tsp
- shredded Velveeta cheese
- spears broccoli, chopped - 3 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Unroll crescent roll dough on an ungreased baking sheet, pressing to seal edges and perforations. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder and dillweed in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Spread over crust. Layer cauliflower, broccoli, green peppers, celery and carrots over cream cheese layer. Top with Velveeta cheese. Cover with plastic wrap; press vegetables gently into cream cheese.
