Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • onion powder - 1/2 tsp
  • carrots, chopped - 2 item
  • head cauliflower, chopped - 1 item
  • dillweed - 1 tsp
  • shredded Velveeta cheese
  • spears broccoli, chopped - 3 item

How to make vegetable pizza:

Unroll crescent roll dough on an ungreased baking sheet, pressing to seal edges and perforations. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder and dillweed in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Spread over crust. Layer cauliflower, broccoli, green peppers, celery and carrots over cream cheese layer. Top with Velveeta cheese. Cover with plastic wrap; press vegetables gently into cream cheese. Chill for 4 hours or longer. Cut into squares. Yields 15 squares.
