Easy oven beef stew
Ingredients/Components
- can water - 1/2 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 3 item
- beef cubes
- can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
- stalks celery, cut up - 2 item
- medium potatoes, cut in chunks - 4 item
How to make easy oven beef stew:
Put all ingredients in a large ovenproof bowl or pan. Pour 1 can golden mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 can water over the vegetable mixture. Put tight fitting lid over bowl. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 325°. Stir well and serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Stew.
