Ingredients/Components
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- potatoes, chopped - 2 item
- to 3 carrots - 2 item
- to 2 stalks celery - 1 item
- lentils soak overnight - 1 pkg
- spices all to taste: curry, cumin, salt, pepper and vegie or chicken bouillon cubes - 1 item
How to make lentil soup:
Rinse soaked lentils. Cook over medium heat in water. Chop vegetables and begin adding to lentils. Add stewed tomatoes. Add spices. Cook overnight.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Soups & stews, Pork.
