Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- salt
- flour - 8 c
- oil - 1 c
- yeast - 5 pkg
- powdered milk - 1/2 c
- lukewarm water - 1 qt
How to make dinner rolls:
Sift all dry ingredients. Add 2/3 cup sugar and yeast to half of water. Mix eggs and oil. Add all dry ingredients, egg mixture and water together and let rise for 1 hour. Roll out. Bake at 400° until done. Makes about 30 rolls.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, Yeast breads.
